Yes. Alongside full-time roles, we staff flexible part-time shifts and summer-only contracts to cover peak cottage-country demand (May–September). Part-time employees still receive paid training and are eligible for some travel costs covered and performance bonuses.

What are the typical working hours for field teams?

Standard shifts run 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday, weekend and evening work is expected and scheduled during Peak operating times. We don't expect you to work every weekend however weekend work is paid at a premium rate.

Where are job sites located, and is travel required?

Accepted Answer

Most assignments are in Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough County, with occasional cottage jobs up to—and sometimes beyond—60 km away. You must have reliable transportation to travel directly to job sites.

How often are employees paid?

Accepted Answer

Employees are paid weekly via e transfer. You’ll receive an electronic pay stub detailing hours worked, mileage, bonuses, and any statutory-holiday pay.
