Our standard cottage clean covers full dust-down, vacuuming and mopping of all floors (including porches), kitchen and bath sanitization, interior window ledges, cobweb removal, garbage removal, and a quick patio sweep. We also remake beds with fresh linens and run a safety check on smoke/CO detectors. Add-ons like BBQb degreasing, exterior window washing, and hot-tub shock treatments are available on request.

Yes. Spring “Open-Up” cleans focus on pollen, rodent, and moisture issues, while Fall “Shut-Down” cleans winterize appliances, drain water lines (where applicable), and secure the property. Each comes with a photo report so you know exactly what was done.

Most owners either entrust us with a lock-box code or arrange key pickup from a property manager. Your code is encrypted in our scheduling software and visible only to the crew assigned that day. After the clean, the property is re-secured and we send time-stamped before/after photos.

For peak-season turnovers (June 15 – September 15) we recommend booking at least two weeks ahead. For changeovers between Airbnb or VRBO guests, we slot crews in the same-day window between 10 AM and 3 PM to keep your check-in times intact.
